Welcome to MOETC 2014

On behalf of the MOETC 2014 Steering committee, I am honored and delighted to welcome you to Marine and Offshore Engineering Technology Conference, Shuwaikh, Kuwait in March 2014.

Our technical program includes keynote speakers, oral/poster presentations, tutorials and workshops. MOETC 2014 brings researchers and professionals who are experts in the marine and offshore industry. Moreover, there is exhibition running in parallel with the technical programs opening up opportunities to share knowledge and experience for professional networking.
As a conference chair of MOETC 2014, I know that our success depends on our conference committees and all the people who have worked with us in planning and organizing the technical programs, the local arrangements and the social events. In particular, we thank the steering committee members for their nonstop support with their wise advices and brilliant suggestions finalizing conference theme. We would like to thank the Scientific Committee for their dedicated work in reviewing the papers. We are grateful to our sponsors who have supported our event. Recognition and appreciation should go to the Organizing Committee and Local Preparation Committee members who have worked tremendously hard to engage all important details of the conference programs and social events.
