Full Paper Format and Guidelines:
1. To download the full paper format guide, CLICK HERE.
2. Manuscript submission should be in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) or in M.S. Word file. The page limit is 15 pages double-column format. Font size should be no smaller than 10 points.
3. You MUST Copy/Paste the header and footer (from the full paper format guide) to ALL your paper pages. Author name, and paper title MUST be added on the footer of every page.
4. The presentation of paper information is left for author judgments.
